  • Manage the design and detailing process for precast structures, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project objectives.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, precaster consultants, project managers, and contractors to develop cutting-edge design solutions that optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Review and approve precast designs, general arrangement drawings, erection drawings, shop drawings, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Implement best practices for precast design and detailing to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess precast installation and address any design or detailing issues that may arise during the construction phase.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and materials to incorporate innovative design elements into precast structures.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures throughout the design and detailing process.
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to present design proposals, address feedback, and make necessary revisions to meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and project updates.

  • 8-15 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on precast design and detailing.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, structural engineering, or a related field; master's degree is preferred.
  • Professional certification in structural design or precast concrete detailing is highly desirable.
