Expansion Strategist

We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts and drive sustainable financial growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy, fostering strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

The role involves contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings, as well as planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will also research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities, increase the value of current customers, and attract new ones.

A key aspect of this role is to bring in new software development projects and achieve targets. The salary for this position will be dynamically structured to incentivize revenue growth. In addition, the candidate will work closely with the Managing Director to develop business and marketing plans that align with revenue goals.

Responsibilities include assisting in company branding and media communication activities, such as press releases, advertisements, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with new clients and drive revenue growth.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
