Job Summary

F335 Deutsche India Private Limited, Bangalore Branch is seeking a highly skilled Divisional Risk and Control Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Embedded Risk in India, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation of our DB Risk Framework and Regulatory support for Global KYC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk and control assessments to review the design adequacy and performance effectiveness of controls and their corresponding documentation.
  • Ensure an effective, embedded, and consistently applied governance structure is in place.
  • Develop and maintain a complete set of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) with definitions, RAGs, reporting parameters, and subjective assessments.
  • Review and challenge the validity of commentary, spot check monitoring, and identify trend anomalies that may impact the risk profile.
  • Ensure compliance with the firm's audit policy, Self-Identified Issue Guidance, and incident escalation process.
  • Facilitate management with adequate reporting and governance to ensure zero overdue items and no last-minute extensions.
  • Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure the mechanism is performing effectively.
  • Design and deliver a risk culture improvement program to promote transparency, awareness, and engagement with the risk agenda.

Requirements

  • Substantial and relevant experience in a global banking environment.
  • Exposure to Client Onboarding, KYC, or similar regulatory projects is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Client-focused approach and ability to react quickly to changing demands.
