Job Title: Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to join our agile team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitation:
    • 5+ years of experience in Scrum
    • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
    • Help the team to remove impediments and obstacles that hinder progress
  • Team Support:
    • Act as a servant leader to the development team
    • Encourage collaboration and communication within the team
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Process Management:
    • Ensure that the Scrum process is followed
    • Track and manage project progress using Agile tools and techniques
    • Measure and report on the effectiveness of the Scrum process
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring they are aware of the team's progress and any issues
    • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate discussions between stakeholders and the development team

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
