Skill Required:

  • 5+ years of IT recruitment experience is must.
  • Experience using social media, job boards for sourcing/recruiting, building relationships and help contribute to an overall recruitment strategy/brand.
  • Ability to proactively source candidates and build pipeline for existing and future requirements.
  • Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A good communicator who is able to build excellent relationships with candidates.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and go-getter attitude is must for this role.
