Full Stack Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable web applications using the MERN stack.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, as well as experience with RESTful services, GraphQL, and microservice architectures. You will also have knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap, Material UI for responsive design.

Our team follows Agile/Scrum development cycles, so experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is essential. Additionally, you will have a strong understanding of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, SSO), problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Build reusable components, frontend features, and responsive user interfaces in React.js.
  • Develop robust backend services, REST APIs, and GraphQL endpoints with Node.js & Express.js.
  • Manage database schemas, queries, and performance optimization in MongoDB.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, authentication systems (OAuth, JWT), and payment gateways.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to deliver pixel-perfect and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum development cycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on development experience with the MERN stack.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of React.js, Hooks, Redux/Context API, and component-based architecture.
  • Backend expertise in Node.js and Express.js, including middleware and API design.
  • Experience with MongoDB, Mongoose ORM, and database performance optimization.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful services, GraphQL, and microservice architectures.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind/Bootstrap, Material UI for responsive design.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding of authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth, SSO).
  • Problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Experience with TypeScript.
  • Exposure to Next.js or Remix for SSR/SSG.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Prior exposure to DevOps tools and serverless architectures.
