Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Website Product Manager – Frontend who will be responsible for owning the look, feel, and performance of our website.

This role is crucial in managing the frontend user experience, content strategy, feature launches, personalization, and A/B testing with a strong focus on driving engagement and conversion.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Frontend Product Ownership: Define and own the website frontend roadmap aligned with business goals.
  • Content & Creative Strategy: Manage and oversee all website content updates — banners, landing pages, PLP/CLP/HP updates, product launches, and campaign rollouts.
  • Feature Launches & Experimentation: Conceptualize and launch new website features to enhance engagement (e.g., improved CLP sorting, dynamic landing pages, interactive modules).
  • Performance Tracking & Insights: Monitor website KPIs: load speed, CTR, bounce rate, session time, conversion rate.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with marketing, merchandising, and product teams to align website initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements:
  1. At least 1-2 years of experience in frontend product management or a related field.
  2. Excellent UI/UX design skills and knowledge of industry trends.
  3. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  4. Ability to analyze data and drive business decisions based on insights.
  5. Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
