Account Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their technology roadmap and business challenges, and positioning our company's IT solutions and consulting services effectively.

About the Role:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients.
  • Build and maintain strong C-level and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with client IT and business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams, technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or in a similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
