Job Overview

The ideal candidate possesses hands-on experience in managing campus placements, has strong industry connections, and a deep understanding of the fresher recruitment process, particularly in fast-growing domains such as Data Science, Analytics, and Software Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fosters relationships with corporates to create opportunities for fresh graduates across campuses and online bootcamp programs
  • Engages with hiring teams to build and maintain strong partnerships
  • Leverages existing recruiter networks to establish new hiring collaborations
  • Conducts high-quality discussions with recruiters to understand their needs and effectively position our learner pool
  • Owning the entire recruitment process lifecycle—job description sharing, student shortlisting, scheduling, feedback management, and offer rollouts
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution
  • Experience: 3-4 years as a TPO or in a placement-facing role at a Tier 2 Engineering college/B-school
  • Domain Exposure: Prior experience with UG placements and roles in tech-heavy domains (Data Science, Analytics, Software Engineering) is highly valued
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communicator with the ability to manage recruiters, internal teams, and students with equal effectiveness
  • Process-Oriented: Strong grasp of campus hiring workflows and placement operations
  • Result-Oriented: Bias for action with a track record of driving outcomes
