The Senior Business Intelligence (BI) & Data Engineer is responsible for the design, development and delivery of business intelligence and data solutions.

This role ensures robust data architecture, seamless data integration and scalable data warehousing to enable accurate, timely and actionable insights across the organization.

By leveraging modern Microsoft Azure technologies (Power BI, Synapse, ADF, etc.), the role focuses on transforming raw data into meaningful information that supports decision-making and business performance improvement.

The incumbent will be responsible for the planning, design and implementation of data platforms, DWH systems and BI tools ensuring reliability, scalability and user adoption utilizing the Microsoft Azure BI Stack. Expertise on Microsoft Fabric Analytics Platform is desirable.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop data solutions using Microsoft Azure technologies
  • Implement data platforms, DWH systems and BI tools ensuring reliability and scalability
  • Develop and maintain data models and architectures
  • Analyze business requirements and define data solutions to meet those needs
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of data architecture and data modeling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure technologies (Power BI, Synapse, ADF, etc.)
  • Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop data solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
