A senior collaboration systems engineer is responsible for the administration and integration of our collaboration platforms.

This role requires a highly motivated and experienced individual to oversee the maintenance and optimization of these systems, ensuring they are efficient, secure, and practical.

The ideal candidate will have solid technical expertise and be able to collaborate with multiple teams, establishing strong relationships with users to deliver engaging productivity experiences.

  • Maintain and optimize collaboration systems, including capacity planning and scalability.
  • Record and manage changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.
  • Ensure system security, implement standards, and respond to failures or performance issues.

The successful applicant will produce performance reports for senior management and exhibit optimism in challenging situations.

This position requires extensive experience using Powershell, PowerBI, APIs, Webservices, Python, C++, JavaScript, and Power Platform.
