Our job requires:
- Developing routes to market and distributor networks based on OTC franchise brand plans with an outside-in perspective
- Collaborating with sales teams to ensure successful deployment
- Planning and deploying trade and shopper investments within budget
- Evaluating distributors, designing incentives, and implementing them to achieve objectives
- Leveraging new product category launches through go-to-market strategies
- Understanding retail environments, category shoppers, and brand plans to create effective recommendations and customer/shopper selling stories
- Designing impactful shopper activations to acquire new shoppers
- Nurturing relationships and initiatives for developing modern trade channels
- Supporting the development of tools, analytics, and MIS to enhance productivity
- Facilitating weekly and monthly reviews with the GTM team
Requirements:
- MBA from a reputable institution
- No less than 8 years of sales experience
- No less than 4 years as an ASM in frontline GT sales
- No less than 2 years in modern trade
- No less than 2 years in customer-shopper marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Expertise in sales operations and knowledge of customer and shopper marketing, modern trade, and go-to-market strategies
