Job Title: Project Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Management Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and smooth operation of projects related to the build, QA, deployment, and analytics tracking of dozens of emails per month.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask with ease, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with developers and client contacts to oversee development and deployment of emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Perform quality assurance testing to ensure email content renders well across email clients, email content and links match the client submission, and content is proofed and error-free.
  • Work with client contacts to secure approval of emails and address any edits that may be needed.
  • Schedule emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Guide clients on account protocols and clearly answer questions regarding the use of proper email templates.
  • Process and upload distribution lists.
  • Pull metrics reports from Salesforce Marketing Cloud and share reports with clients.
  • Assist with additional email marketing projects as needed.
