Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Growth/Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and automations using Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools to drive informed decision-making.

This full-time position is for a talented individual at our Mumbai location. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accuracy and timeliness in data analysis, root-cause analysis, metrics reviews, and continuous improvement experiments.
  • Develop scalable systems and operational processes to optimize growth tasks, improve output quality, and accelerate workflows.
  • Coordinate daily operations, align team tasks with clear timelines, and ensure deliverables are met with documented SOPs and checklists.
  • Enhance operational efficiency through process standardization and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and technical skills to assess and maintain processes.
  • Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an IIT, NIT, or IIIT.
  • Knowledge of Film/Video Production and AI tools is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and interaction with team members.
  • Growth Hacking expertise to identify and implement innovative growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in Project Management to manage and execute projects effectively.
  • Interest or experience in the media-tech industry is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for growth hacking and operations management, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
