Job Title: TPRM Issue Manager


To effectively manage third-party risks, the TPRM team conducts thorough risk assessments and governance activities. As a key member of this team, you will oversee all third-party findings identified enterprise-wide, ensuring timely closure or risk acceptance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and challenge issues and remediation plans related to third-party engagements.
  • Verify evidence submitted with closure requests adequately supports completion of all remediation plans.
  • Follow-up with issue owners and internal risk teams to facilitate timely closure/risk acceptance of open issues.
  • Assist with MIS/reporting and ensure actionable reporting to business units.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Good understanding of information security and operational risks in the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills and ability to work collaboratively with first and second-line teams.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to review findings data, identify trends, and support development of management reports.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with a focus on information security, risk management, or compliance.
  • Overall work experience within the financial services sector (7+ years).
