Job Title - ServiceNow Third Party Risk Management Support Engineer

Location - Hybrid in Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad (2 days in office)

Role Type - 3 to 6 months, Contract to Hire

Must Have Skills:

  • 4 to 6 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform, with at least 2+ years in GRC/TPRM modules
  • Strong knowledge of vendor risk assessment, issue remediation, and risk scoring processes
  • Proficiency in scripting elements such as business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and script includes within ServiceNow
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations including REST and SOAP APIs
  • Ability to convert business requirements into functional specs and technical enhancements
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities and Job Details:

  • Support and enhance the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) workflows within the ServiceNow platform
  • Customize and maintain TPRM modules to align with organizational processes
  • Develop scripts and automation to improve risk assessment and tracking functionalities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and implement improvements
  • Maintain integration with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in risk workflows
  • Provide technical documentation and user guidance for TPRM-related features
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks
  • Participate in system upgrades and regression testing
  • Work closely with GRC teams to ensure the platform supports audit and compliance needs
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
  • Support transition to full-time role by demonstrating consistent performance and knowledge transfer
