As a Senior UK Tax Product Manager at Thomson Reuters, you will play a key role in shaping and leading the global knowledge economy. About the Role:

As a Senior UK Tax Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning the vision, direction, and priorities for our group of UK Tax products. You will manage the entire Tax product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution. You will understand customer and user needs in depth, communicate those needs crisply and succinctly across the organization, and work with design and engineering teams to translate those needs into clear priorities, compelling roadmaps, and high-impact, innovative solutions.

About the Role:

You will have leadership and vision experience in the UK Tax Professionals market. You will understand the ever-changing nature of the UK tax landscape and legislation and help develop strategic solutions for UK Tax and Accounting firms in our award-winning product suite.

You will develop strong product intuition by interpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs, and opportunities and offering potential solutions with a moderate level of guidance and direction.

About the Role:

You will build world-class capabilities and products by creating a vision for the product and maintaining the product roadmap and partnering closely with dev team and UX to execute the roadmap and deliver efficiently. This includes serving as the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress.

About the Role:

You will demonstrate leadership by taking extreme ownership for our UK Tax products, their performance, and reliability, and delighting our clients with a positive experience. You will show that you can learn from your experiences, recover from setbacks, and effectively evangelize the product vision to colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • UK Tax qualified
  • Experienced Product Management professional
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of Product Management experience
