The team is based in the US but operates 100% remotely from India, offering a unique blend of cultural diversity and collaboration. You will work closely with a dedicated manager and a talented team focused on driving technological advancements and improving processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve complex issues related to GTD-5 switches
  • Deliver premium telephony and hardware support, including fault analysis and resolution
  • Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and external vendors to address network challenges
  • Provide guidance to field teams on trouble-shooting and hardware replacement
  • Develop and maintain internal documentation, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring accurate knowledge transfer
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, maintaining up-to-date records and facilitating seamless communication

Required skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience with GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting
  • Expertise in call processing and translation technologies
  • Familiarity with central office procedures and compliance frameworks like ISO27001
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently from home, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks
  • A degree in Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
