Training Officer Job Description

This role is responsible for conducting comprehensive training programs for new hires, focusing on soft skills, negotiation, and process knowledge.

The Training Officer will also be responsible for scheduling and delivering monthly cyclic activities, including refresher training, update training, and PKT sessions. This involves determining training needs and understanding learning requirements across diverse groups.

In addition, the Training Officer will collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to identify, screen, and implement process improvement initiatives. The candidate must prioritize and execute urgent training tasks and assignments as needed.

This role requires excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong analytical, data representation, and MS Excel skills are essential. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks is crucial for success in this role.
