Mobile App Development Leader

We are seeking a skilled Mobile App Development Leader to drive the creation and maintenance of high-quality cross-platform mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter & Dart, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. They will lead the development team, oversee the implementation of new features, and ensure the performance, scalability, and security of our applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS using Flutter & Dart.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Integrate APIs, Firebase services, and third-party SDKs into our applications.
  • Develop and maintain automated testing processes to ensure high-quality releases.
Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart (2-3+ years).
  • 4-7 years overall in mobile app development.
  • Experience with state management (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
  • Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics) skills.
  • Expertise in REST API integration and JSON handling.
  • Prior experience in publishing apps on Google Play Store / Apple App Store.
Preferred Skills:
  • Native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) experience.
  • Knowledge of GraphQL / WebSockets.
  • Exposure to cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Prior experience in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS apps.
