Role Overview

This full-time role is designed to support the growth and operations of a leading media-tech firm.

  • Develop and maintain data-driven dashboards, reports, and automations using Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools to drive informed decision-making.
  • Apply AI tools to accelerate workflows, enhance output quality, and streamline growth tasks.
  • Design, document, and optimize operational processes; identify bottlenecks, propose scalable systems, and implement repeatable procedures.
  • Coordinate daily operations, align team tasks with clear timelines, and ensure deliverables meet documented standards.
  • Standardize and optimize processes through root-cause analysis, metrics reviews, and continuous improvement experiments.
  • Maintain operational excellence: organize documentation, enforce quality controls, and uphold compliance across workflows.
Key Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills to assess, maintain, and understand complex processes.
  • Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Relevant experience from IIT, NIT, or IIIT is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Film/Video Production and AI tools is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and interaction with team members.
  • Growth hacking expertise to identify and implement innovative growth strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management to manage and execute projects effectively.
  • Interest or experience in the media-tech industry is advantageous.
