As a Growth Manager, you'll drive user and revenue growth through experimentation, campaign management, team collaboration, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run experiments to boost user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Analyse data to figure out what works and optimize accordingly.

Campaign Management:

  • Help manage campaigns across paid ads, social media, email, SEO, content, and referrals.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to enhance funnels and conversions.

Personal Growth:

  • Stay updated on the latest growth hacks, tools, and channels.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 0-5 years of experience (internships/projects count).

Desired Skills:

  • Basic Excel/Sheets, Google Analytics, or similar skills.
  • Able to write copy, design landing pages, and cold-message potential partners.
