As a flexible team member, you will be involved in creating, modifying, verifying, and cleansing the Vendor Master. You will identify duplicate records and ensure accurate maintenance of invoice receipt, verification, and processing.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Creating and modifying vendor masters
- Verifying and processing invoices
- Maintaining accurate records of invoices
- Coordinating with stakeholders
- Ensuring timely payment and expense entries
- Processing travel and expense claims
- Handling queries for vendor statement reconciliation
To succeed in this role, you should have a Commerce graduate degree with 3-6 years of experience in Accounts Payable. You should also have experience in invoice and vendor management, resolving queries, and invoice reconciliation.
