About the Role

Palladium is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Value Chain Promotion Strategist. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in designing strategies and solutions for priority value chains.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in business model development, market linkages, and access to finance, with a proven track record of formulating and implementing effective strategies. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential in this role, as the successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, including market engagement sessions.

The Value Chain Promotion Strategist will identify key market players, facilitate linkages, business development pitches, and financing initiatives, while also developing capacity-building modules for target beneficiaries. Regular reports will be submitted to Team Leaders, highlighting progress and successes in achieving project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement strategies for value chain promotion
  • Conduct technical workshops and lead market engagement sessions
  • Foster linkages between market players and facilitate business development pitches
  • Develop training modules for target beneficiaries
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to Team Leaders

Requirements and Qualifications

A Master's degree in Environmental Science, Forestry, Finance, or Business is required, along with fluency in English & Hindi. A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in natural resources management, agroforestry, and nature-based businesses is necessary for success in this role.
