Senior Engineering Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team as a technical leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget is essential.

About the Role:

  • Lead project execution, ensure design specifications, and quality standards are met.
  • Provide technical guidance to the team, conduct design reviews, and ensure engineering standards are maintained.
  • Work closely with other engineering disciplines/teams to integrate mechanical design and ensure consistency.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
  • Offer technical support to Sales/marketing and process teams for proposals.

Requirements:

  • 15-18 years of relevant experience in air pollution control equipment like ESP and Fabric Filters.
  • Graduate in Mechanical engineering or Diploma in Mechanical.
  • Strong knowledge in 3D tools like Inventor, AutoCAD, and Navisworks would be an advantage.
