We are seeking a skilled professional to collaborate with our Digital, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations teams in analyzing investor and partner data.

The ideal candidate should possess expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data visualization, along with a profound understanding of financial services, customer behavior analytics, and risk modeling.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze investor behavior and distribution partner data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop models for investor segmentation, churn prediction, and customer lifetime value estimation.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimize targeting strategies, and enhance personalization to drive business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the team's automation efforts, early warning signals, and fraud detection models.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in data science, analytics, or risk modeling in the financial services sector.
  • Excellent proficiency in Advanced Excel.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, and SAS (Enterprise Guide, E-Miner, VIYA).
  • Database management skills: SQL Server, MongoDB.
  • Visualization capabilities: R-Shiny, Power BI, Excel.
  • Mastery of Machine Learning & Statistical Techniques: Regression (Linear, Logistic).
  • Familiarity with ensemble methods: Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, NLP & Text Mining-Sentiment Analysis, Fuzzy, String Matching.
