We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphic Designer (Animator) with expertise in creating captivating animations and video assets, ideally within the real estate industry.

Job Overview

This role is a remote opportunity for candidates who will be working closely with our creative and content teams to bring dynamic visual elements to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Develop engaging video content for agent branding and marketing campaigns that effectively convey key messages
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistency across all channels
  • Bring static designs to life with captivating transitions, animations, and effects that enhance user experience
  • Adapt and optimize animations for different platforms and formats to maximize reach and engagement
  • Maintain knowledge of current motion design trends while ensuring professionalism required in the real estate sector
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time while meeting quality standards
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in motion design, with a strong portfolio of animated social media content and marketing videos
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred, but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant motion design tools
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for seamless integration with animation workflows
  • The ability to balance creativity with professionalism - animations must be both visually appealing and polished
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
