Director of Finance

Job Role:
- The incumbent will oversee the financial reporting for the Quick Commerce and Supply Chain segment of the Group, including responsibility for a large subsidiary.
- Lead the preparation of financial reports under Ind AS/IFRS on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Oversee working capital management, cash flow forecasting, and financing for both long-term and short-term requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, monitor, and audit Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR).
- Act as technical expert for accounting matters and lead stakeholder relationships with external technical consultants.
- Prepare monthly MIS and financial statements for stakeholder reporting.
- Manage revenue reporting and AR functions.
- Monitor compliance within the outsourced ecosystem.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to link financial results to operational performance drivers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, Zoho, and inventory/WMS systems.
- Integrity, adaptability, and strong moral and ethical values.
