Finance Executive Search

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company as a senior finance leader. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and day-to-day financial activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's cash flow, optimising working capital, and driving operational efficiency through monitoring costing activities and identifying saving initiatives. They will also be responsible for overseeing the completion of statutory audit from a big 4 audit firm.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute all financial operations like payroll processing, vendor payouts, and collections.
  • Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements, including Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), and Goods and Services Tax (GST).
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Oversee the company's cash management, including monitoring cash flow and optimising working capital.
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
  • Support fundraising efforts, including developing investor presentations and financial projections.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in finance controllership, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience in building a finance function from 0-1 for a scaling SaaS company is an added advantage.
  • You should have a strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Past experience working in SaaS accounting is preferred.
