Dynamic E-commerce Operations Manager

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Quick Commerce Manager to spearhead our operations team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing processes to ensure fast, reliable, and delightful customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in quick commerce, last-mile logistics, and high-growth D2C environments. You will own and scale our instant fulfillment and last-mile delivery operations, managing partnerships with 3PLs, last-mile delivery players, and dark store operators.
You will drive inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment to minimize stockouts, collaborate with technology and product teams to integrate delivery platforms, tracking systems, and customer communication tools, and analyze operational KPIs (OTD, fulfillment rate, cost per order, etc.) to implement process improvements.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Deep expertise in quick commerce and last-mile logistics
- High-growth D2C environment experience
- Inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishment skills
- Collaboration with technology and product teams
