About the Role
  • Design and implement comprehensive solutions for customer management, billing, and payments using Oracle CC&B.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze functional requirements, ensuring seamless system integration.
  • Develop and maintain detailed functional design documents, test plans, and training materials.
  • Promote best practices, enhancements, and new functionalities within the Oracle CC&B ecosystem.
  • Engage in project planning, effort estimation, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Oracle CC&B implementation, upgrade, or support.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • In-depth understanding of utility business processes, including customer management, billing, payments, metering, collections, and service orders.
  • Familiarity with Oracle CC&B integration with other systems (MDM, CIS, etc.).
  • Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
