Medium Voltage Power Distribution System Coordinator

The ideal candidate will possess excellent coordination skills, be proficient in techno-commercial contract review, and have a solid understanding of IS/IEC standards applicable for MV systems. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently with clients for technical discussions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall coordination of orders from sales, engineering, factory, and customer.
- Review and submit drawings and engineering documents to customers for approval.
- Coordinate claim submissions and negotiations with customers.
- Monitor costs and milestones throughout order execution.
- Closely coordinate with factories and logistics for scheduling orders.
- Work with customers on FAT and dispatch-related activities.
- Coordinate post-dispatch service activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong CRM development skills and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact independently with clients for technical discussions.
