Employee Health Manager Position

The Employee Health Manager is responsible for overseeing employee health benefits and ensuring the well-being of staff. This role requires a strong background in healthcare, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with diverse client cultures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service to existing clients while developing new business opportunities.
  • Analyze clients' existing portfolios and provide consulting services to manage their risks effectively.
  • Negotiate better terms with insurers to minimize policy gaps.
  • Maintain 100% client retention through proactive engagement and timely support.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals for client presentations and assist with roadshows.
  • Engage with clients for Quarterly/Annual Client Satisfaction Surveys.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and coordination with other practices to explore portfolio level penetration.
  • Source best solutions from risk insurance markets and ensure all documentations meet SLA requirements.
  • Renewal tracking and timely reminders for premium payments.
  • Provide continuous assistance with claims-related queries.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for client deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership skills with experience in community, school, or college leadership roles.
  • Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
  • Good networking and relationship management skills, with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or TPA.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures, including Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, and PSU clients.
