Job Title: Client Servicing Executive

Job Summary:

The Customer Service and Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day interactions with clients, handling client relations, providing high-quality customer service, and delivering presentations.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily interactions with clients to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders to promote products and services
  • Assist in account management and provide support to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of client interactions and sales performance
