Job Title: Brand Ambassador

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Brand Ambassador. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our brand and products, and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, offering assistance, and providing product knowledge and advice.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, new arrivals, promotions, and discounts. Maintain a strong knowledge of the store's inventory and product location.
  • Sales and Promotion: Meet sales targets, promote store discounts and offers, encourage loyalty programs, and mailing lists.
  • Store Organization and Maintenance: Ensure the store is tidy and visually appealing. Maintain cleanliness of fitting rooms and replenish shelves as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory checks and stocktaking. Help with receiving and unloading deliveries and organizing new merchandise.
  • Cashiering and Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately, handle payments, returns, and exchanges, provide receipts, and packaging services.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work closely with other sales associates to achieve store goals. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in setting up and organizing product displays to make the store more attractive and engaging for customers.
  • Security and Loss Prevention: Be vigilant about potential theft and report suspicious behavior to management.
  • Customer Follow-Up and Loyalty: Follow up with customers through thank-you emails or messages to encourage repeat business.
