About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Taxation Expert to join our team in Baner, Pune. This is an immediate opportunity for a professional with expertise in taxation law and financial management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finalize company accounts independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct statutory and internal audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Provide expert advice on CARO, IFC, tax audits, ICDS, and corporate taxation.
  • Prepare financial statements and statutory audit reports in accordance with IGAAP standards.
  • Analyze TDS, GST, and Professional Tax compliance, ensuring timely payments and submissions.
  • Prepare personal and business tax returns, as well as tax audit reports under section 44AB and 3CEB.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated expertise in taxation law and financial management.
