We're looking for an experienced Tax Solution Implementation Expert to join our team and help us deliver exceptional results for our customers.

About the Role

As a Tax Solution Implementation Expert, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering tax compliance solutions to our clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement tax compliance solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business requirements and regulatory needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain technical documentation, including implementation guides and best practices.
  • Provide expert-level support to clients during the implementation process, addressing technical issues and providing guidance on solution configuration.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, sales teams, and product managers, to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in implementing ERP solutions, with a focus on tax compliance.
  • Strong understanding of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, including knowledge of APIs and data integration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience with software implementation, preferably within the B2B sector, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Results-oriented with strong people and time management skills, highly organized, motivated, and driven to succeed.
  • Familiarity with Avalara products and services, as well as experience working with tax automation software.
