We are seeking a data-driven Meta Ads Executive to drive measurable results through performance marketing.

About the Role:

Experience in managing paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms is essential. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of audience targeting, and the ability to optimize ad campaigns for maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan, set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram (Meta Ads Manager).
  2. Conduct A/B testing to identify effective creatives and audience segments.
  3. Monitor ad performance, ROI, CPC, CTR, CPA, and report on key metrics regularly.
  4. Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing creatives and ad copies.
  5. Implement pixel tracking, events setup, and conversion tracking via Meta Business Suite.
  6. Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to improve ROAS.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 year of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Proficiency in audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and other performance measurement tools.
  • Good command of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and performance analysis.
  • Ability to handle ad spends efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
