Our team of medical experts utilizes our proprietary diagnostic platform to deliver personalized consultations and customized guidance. By addressing the emotional and psychological impact of hair loss, we aim to de-stigmatize this issue and make effective treatment accessible to all.

We are seeking an innovative individual to join us as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR). As part of our leadership team, you will drive growth and transformation by identifying, validating, and scaling new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Catalyst for Growth: Set ambitious targets for revenue, margin, and efficiency; run regular reviews to enforce unit-economics guardrails and course-correct decisively.
  • Growth Strategist: Define segment focus, propositions, pricing/packaging, and geographic priorities; translate into a prioritized execution roadmap with clear ROI metrics.
  • Experimentation Champion: Build a test-and-learn engine across product, tech, ops, and marketing with clear hypotheses, success criteria, and scale/kill decisions.
  • Full-Funnel Owner: Orchestrate acquisition → conversion → retention levers end-to-end; tighten handoffs, reduce leakage, expand LTV, and stabilize predictable revenue.
  • Team Leader & Org Enabler: Hire and lead a cross-functional squad; set OKRs, coach for performance, and drive adoption of playbooks through SOPs and change management.
  • Data Analyst & Risk Manager: Stand up trustworthy dashboards and models (cohort, funnel, demand/supply), run scenario planning, and proactively mitigate revenue risk.
  • Execution Excellence & Governance: Convert strategy into quarterly plans, manage dependencies and partners, and uphold high standards on data hygiene, compliance, and review rituals.
  • Process Improver & Automation Expert: Continuously improve processes and internal tools; deploy automation and AI where material to speed, accuracy, or cost—scaling growth at optimal unit economics.
