About the Job

We seek a seasoned Project Lead with extensive IT service experience to oversee and execute technology projects effectively. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and delivery of IT service projects from initiation to closure.
  • Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in alignment with client objectives.
  • Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Coordination with development, QA, design, and operations teams for smooth execution.
  • Tracking project performance, identifying variances, and implementing corrective measures.
  • Maintaining strong client communication and providing regular status updates.
  • Conducting project reviews and ensuring proper documentation of lessons learned.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT services/projects.
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
