Job Title: Solar Installation Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Solar Installation Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of solar PV systems at our project sites, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering, with a minimum of 1-5 years' experience in solar PV installation or relevant project execution. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot technical issues on-site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supervising daily installation activities and ensuring adherence to technical drawings and quality standards
  • Coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to track project progress and ensure timely material delivery
  • Enforcing safety regulations and conducting toolbox talks to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assisting with troubleshooting on-site technical issues and conducting initial system testing and commissioning
  • Maintaining daily work progress reports and reporting to the Project Manager with updates and issues
