Murex Testing Specialist Job Opportunity

Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled Murex testing professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing using automation tools to ensure the quality of Murex modules.
  2. Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and support teams to understand requirements and validate system behavior.
  3. Design and implement automation frameworks that ensure reusability, maintainability, and scalability of scripts.
  4. Manage defect tracking, logging, and retesting in coordination with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  5. Participate in test planning, test case design, and test execution cycles to guarantee thorough testing.
  6. Ensure compliance with testing standards and best practices to maintain a high level of professionalism.
  7. Provide regular updates on test progress and performance to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Murex testing is required.
  • Hands-on experience in Murex automation tools is essential.
  • Strong understanding of Murex architecture and workflows is necessary for success.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java or Python for automation is required.
  • Experience with test management tools like JIRA or ALM is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of SQL and ability to write complex queries for test data validation is crucial.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to CI/CD pipeline is a plus.
