
Ecommerce Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven professional to manage daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.
Main Responsibilities:- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings on Seller Central to ensure accurate content and compliance with platform policies.
- Manage FBA and FBM workflows, including inventory planning, order fulfillment, returns, and reimbursement claims.
- Monitor and improve account health metrics, such as Buy Box share, cancellations, late dispatches, and customer feedback.
- Protect brand presence by handling hijacked listings, unauthorized sellers, and compliance escalations.
- Set up and maintain SKUs, pricing, and images across multiple platforms.
- Ensure stock accuracy, fill rates, and low OOS through close coordination with the supply chain.
- Execute promotions, campaigns, and visibility initiatives to drive sales.
- Partner with the supply chain for demand planning and inventory allocation across channels.
- Coordinate with marketing for launches, promos, and brand campaigns.
- Maintain clean, updated SKU data (barcodes, MRPs, product details) across systems.
- 2–4 years of experience in Amazon and/or Quick Commerce operations.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce workflows: catalog, inventory, fulfillment, and platform compliance.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to generate insights from data.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
- Exposure to consumer goods / kitchenware / lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of e-commerce advertising or paid visibility tools.
