We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Manager to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving operational workflows for IP protection services, building strong client relationships, and playing a key operational and strategic role in developing and managing new business models while driving AI innovation.

This role combines a startup, hands-on mentality with the ability to shape the direction of new business, while overseeing client reporting and providing ongoing support. It offers significant autonomy with strong potential for growth as the company expands.

  • Brand Protection Expert: Proven experience with online brand protection, including takedowns on marketplaces, domains, and social media is required.
  • AI-Savvy: The ideal candidate understands how AI tools and platforms can enhance brand protection, and is eager to explore and apply them to improve efficiency, detection, and innovation.

The selected candidate will oversee brand protection e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media, ensure timely and compliant takedowns with measurable results, lead onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, set clear expectations, and establish brand protection strategies. They will also work closely with the CTO and CCO to ensure technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks are delivered effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Brand Protection & E-Commerce Activities: Manage all enforcement efforts and related e-commerce activities across marketplaces, domains, and social media.
  • Client Onboarding & Planning: Lead onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, set clear expectations, and establish brand protection strategies.
  • Operational Execution: Work closely with the CTO and CCO to ensure technical, enforcement, and customer-facing tasks are delivered effectively.
  • Strategic Growth & Innovation: Drive initiatives in brand protection process improvement, new business models, and AI innovation.
  • Business Development: Partner with the CCO to identify, research, and drive forward new leads, client relationships, and strategic partnerships.
