Lead UI UX Designer

The primary goal of this position is to spearhead the development and implementation of user-centric designs, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for our users.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving innovation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and maintain a deep understanding of business requirements and user needs.
  • Leading regular design sessions to guide the team towards creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Developing user-centered designs by considering competitor analysis, data, and technical constraints/opportunities.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups that meet project goals and timelines.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
  • Performing UI/UX audits and tests to identify areas for improvement.

Skill requirements include:

  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, back-end development logic, and SEO principles.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in prototyping, wireframing, visual design, and user research tools.

Primary tools to master are Figma and Adobe XD, while secondary tools include Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs within tight deadlines, and will be passionate about staying at the forefront of industry trends.
