Job Opportunity: Service Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their industrial automation systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of automation devices into customers' production lines, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
  • Develop guidelines and examples for PLCs, SCADA systems, and fieldbus communication protocols, facilitating efficient integration and troubleshooting.
  • Provide advanced technical support to customers and internal teams, resolving complex issues and improving overall system performance.
  • Train and mentor service engineers in industrial automation and communication systems, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Collaborate with international experts, staying updated on the latest technologies and best practices in the industry.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring successful project delivery and ongoing support, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong expertise in industrial communication systems and PLC/SCADA integration, with hands-on experience in Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Beckhoff PLCs, and SCADA tools (Codesys, WinCC, Wonderware, etc.).
  • Showcase excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing distributed teams and leading cross-functional projects.
  • Possess proactive, customer-oriented approach, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language knowledge is an added advantage, particularly in Hindi or other relevant languages.
