We are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage and maintain our Storage Area Network (SAN) infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling storage operations, including zoning via SAN switches, monitoring tools, troubleshooting skills, and good communication skills.

Detailed Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administration of SAN and storage environments.
  • Collaborate with customer's storage support teams.
  • Participate in problem solving and troubleshooting for assigned tasks.
  • Support design, operation, workflow, and issue resolution for storage infrastructure.
  • Help maintain systems level maintenance for storage infrastructure.
  • Track existing storage usage trending and capacity planning for future growth.
  • Maintain storage documentation, procedures, and reporting.
  • Provide Storage Area Network Configuration and Administration.
  • Storage Allocations to server infrastructure.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8 years+ experience in handling majority of activities mentioned in the scope above.
  • Experience in handling Hitachi storages and Brocade switches infrastructure.
  • Exposure to Operations and Management activities on Hitachi Storage(s), Unified compute platforms, various Host O/S including basic cluster management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Hitachi Technical certification is desirable.
