About this Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support, SQL, and Azure fundamentals, with proven experience in managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating across teams.

  • Provide end-to-end technical support for enterprise applications ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  • Perform incident handling, root cause analysis, and problem resolution in a timely manner.
  • Manage ticket triaging, escalation, and reporting while creating metrics and trend analyses.
  • Conduct log analysis and troubleshooting across application, infrastructure, and browser layers.
  • Support Azure-related activities including app insights, configuration updates, app registration renewals, and secret management.
  • Work on Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, and related application services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
  • Ensure strong documentation and knowledge-sharing practices for recurring issues and solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • SQL (basic queries and troubleshooting).
  • Strong application support experience.
  • Azure Cloud Fundamentals (App Services, App Insights, Secret Management, Config Updates).
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (incident, problem, and change management).
  • Windows Server, IIS, and browser troubleshooting (Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
