Email Security Implementation Specialist

We are launching a dedicated practice for email security implementations as an official service partner. Our team is seeking skilled engineers with experience in email security platforms to deliver high-quality deployments, configurations, and support for our global clients.

This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade cybersecurity products and become an early member of a fast-growing security practice focused on the Indian Market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of email security solutions
  • Work closely with clients to understand security needs, design appropriate configurations, and ensure successful implementations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to email flow, phishing, malware, encryption, and policy enforcement
  • Work with internal teams and support to escalate and resolve complex problems
  • Maintain documentation and support handover materials for clients
  • Participate in training programs and certifications to gain email security skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with email security or cybersecurity solutions
  • Prior experience with tools like Mimecast, Cisco Secure Email (IronPort), Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Symantec/Broadcom, Barracuda, Trend Micro, Fortinet, etc.
  • Understanding of email protocols: SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts
  • Familiarity with email routing, filtering, and encryption
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments
Additional Requirements:
  • Exposure to email security solutions (e.g., admin console, policy configuration)
  • Knowledge of cyber threat vectors, phishing techniques, and remediation
  • Experience working with SIEM or SOAR platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)
