Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Our workforce is expanding rapidly, and we need an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our team and support this growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a creative and collaborative environment, contribute to strategic HR projects, and participate in shaping the company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring top talent.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including setting goals and providing guidance on employee development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
  • Address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, including training programs and performance incentives.
  • Handle employee grievances, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations for resolutions.
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR issues.
